Terms of Service

By purchasing a license, installing a RunCoders product, or using any RunCoders website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our products or websites. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and RunCoders ("we", "us", "our"), the developer and owner of the software products offered at runcoders.io and affiliated domains.

RunCoders develops and maintains software tools, WordPress plugins, and AI-powered solutions for developers and businesses. Our products are offered under various licensing models as described on each product's website. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of any RunCoders product at any time with reasonable notice.

You may not, and may not allow any third party to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license to any third party.
• Use one license across more environments than permitted.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our products beyond what is permitted by applicable open-source licenses.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks in the software.
• Use RunCoders products in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use our products to develop a directly competing product or service.

All product license purchases are processed by Freemius, our payment processor. By completing a purchase you also agree to Freemius's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period and you will be notified in advance. You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your license.

Licenses renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Freemius account dashboard. Cancelling auto-renewal does not immediately terminate your license — you retain access until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at runcoders.io/refund-policy. In summary, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Renewals are not eligible for refunds once processed.

All RunCoders products, including their code, design, documentation, and associated materials, are the intellectual property of RunCoders and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Your license to use our products is limited to the rights expressly granted herein. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding RunCoders products may be used by us freely without any obligation to you.

RunCoders products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Compatibility with third-party platforms is maintained on a best-effort basis but cannot be guaranteed for all versions or configurations. Your use of RunCoders products is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RunCoders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant RunCoders product in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RunCoders and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of RunCoders products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license at any time if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the product ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where RunCoders is established.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active license holders via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of RunCoders products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
